Yes, sadly the house dynamics have rather put our favourite comedy character in jeopardy. A sitting duck for the new evil coalition that has formed, all united by? Their love of tone-deaf, tuneless “singing”. Its a sorry state of affairs. How did it get like this? Well you take one house, you put sixteen in, you kick out the nasty ones, you vote out the good ones– stick three more in, all of which are complete dullards and then continue to vote out the ones who make you laugh. I have enjoyed this year’s BB but sadly I think it’s quite possible that I may not be watching it very soon. I hate Kat and the fact she’s the favourite is more of a testament to the voting public’s idiocy. Yes, let’s vote some short, fat Thai woman who goes on about cookies every Friday. Lunacy... Of course the revelation she worked in Thai TV didn’t ring any bells. I give up! It very much seems that two of the best characters of this season will be going head-to-head in the Eviction this week which will just weaken the show further. Let’s make no mistake– Sara, Maysoon and Rachel are so pointless, sexless and completely unwatchable. I’d rather watch a channel dedicated to the ongoing police hunt for Madeleine McCann than watch these doormats. But sadly this is the way that the producers have made it, there’s just no excuse for kicking out Alex and Dennis and replacing them with these shadows. Even watching the audition videos (which was a good move) shows absolutely no reason to put either of the two replacements in, and in a series that is reportedly fighting for TV air, that is a glaring error. It will be interesting to see what other stunts besides the Nominations Pod and the divide are rushed in as desperate resuscitation.
