The House, to its credit has not been the Yawnfest it might have been since Dale’s departure. Now I’m not saying he was integral but it’s the old eye-of-newt+rat poison= wacky potion, surely you take one out and nothing happens? The Barbershop task was actually ingenious and much better than simply giving housemates clippers as in previous years, though I guess you might get the hang of it after eight gos. Kat cocked up and like a pack of wolves they all turned on her, obviously with High Wolf Newmark howling the way. And Newmark’s bird has a brain. Now we’re not saying she’s Sherlock cos no doubt she has been glued to the BB Box since Day 1 to check in on her master. But she rather ferociously dissected Rachel’s “with a little help from my friends” motive in picking their tasty cake of Mikey and off-jam over the professionally made one. Phenomenally Rachel has not nominated Rex ever as I believe. Had she been more clued up she may have realized that a numbers game on the ‘BB Couple’ a-la Mario and Lisa would have evened the odds a bit. Of course had she listened to the contempt that he regards her in, she may have conjured up a “valid reason”, but you can’t teach an old dog new tricks as they say... Unfortunately this dog looks like it’s staying in its yard. The public have a forged reputation for picking more duffers than Rafael Benitez so should hurriedly seal Stuart’s fate before you can say “I miss me daughter”. Add to this Stu’s rather ceremonious dumping of both BB folklore and the odds of life, then unfortunately I just can’t see him overhauling this one.
